The sparring is more challenging because the advanced students have more experience in class and in tournaments. Upon acceptance into the advanced class, the student begins to expand the breadth of knowledge of Jiu-Jitsu.
Half Guard: Passes and sweeps.
Knee on Belly: Attacks and defenses.
Mount: Advanced attacks and transitions.

Hook Sweeps: De la Riva guard and inside hook guard.
Sparring: Advanced and competition style sparring.
Teacher Training: More in-depth analysis and practice of the
fundamentals that will allow you to teach the techniques.
Private instruction is a great supplement to the training you have received in your group lessons.
With private lessons, you will progress faster than by taking group lessons alone. The personalized
attention and energy of an instructor during a private lesson can be a tremendous advantage.
During the one-hour private lesson, you can choose what areas to focus on. You can ask Eduardo Rocha about techniques.
A general term describing the aspect of martial arts that focus on clinch and ground fighting with the aim of obtaining a submission using submission holds. The term "No Gi" usually refers only to the form of competition and training that does not use a "jacket", "gi," or "combat kimono".
This class is for those who want to excel beyond normal students, those who want to work hard to become a champion. These students aspire to one day become a Black Belt!
The class is divided into four sections: strength & conditioning, techniques, drilling, and sparring. It's a complete training program for who want to challenge themselves!
